About Us
The Allegiant Pilots Association – a subdivision of Local 2118 – represents the interests of more than 1,250 professional pilots flying in the service of Allegiant Air. Our membership is spread among 23 crew bases across the US. Our mission is carried out by a 7 member, democratically elected Executive Board who oversees a 15-member Steward Council, one full-time staff member, and a network of union volunteers comprised of approximately 40 volunteers and subject matter experts.
We are privileged to represent a highly skilled and knowledgeable pilot group who are consistently recognized for outstanding professionalism, experience, and commitment to their craft. The group unfailingly receives high passenger satisfaction ratings, which the Union attributes to its members’ unfailing observance of professionalism, consistency in the performance of their duties, and compliance with company and federal regulations.
As a relentless defender, Allegiant Pilots Association serves to protect and enhance the careers of its membership through vigorous contract negotiation and enforcement, responsive and transparent organizational leadership, and unwavering dedication and support for operational safety.
